In the 91st episode of Unstoppable Equestrian, I share with you a mindset exercises to help you relax on competition day.

It’s all about changing your focus from how you feel in the present moment, to how you will feel at the end of the event, or completion.

I love this exercise, I use it all the time, for my riding, but also for none horsey things like, meetings at work and even doing things I am putting off doing, like my tax or house cleaning!
