Starting with a Gratitude Habit before you Ride

In the 98th episode of Unstoppable Equestrian, I share with you my fifth weekly ‘Rider Habit’ video. I discuss how starting with a gratitude habit before you ride can set you up for a successful & enjoyable ride.

Just saying one thing you are grateful for before your ride can shift your ride & put you in a better frame of mind, moving you from fear or frustration to confident & calm.

Over the 8 weeks, I will be showing up weekly on Facebook live videos (recordings will be posted on my website!) to share with you an exercise you can easily implement each week to kick start these habits.

Recently, I’ve been thinking about what riding habits we need to be the best rider we can be & I have come up with the below topics:

My aim is to give you a different mindset or body awareness exercise each week that you can practice throughout the week in your riding, to start the process of creating new, empowering habits.
