ABOUT YOUR COACH:
Hi, I’m Danielle Pooles, an Equestrian Mindset Performance Coach and founder of Dressage Plus.
I help dressage riders build confidence, manage competition pressure and develop the mindset skills they need to ride with more focus, belief and connection.
My goal is to help you feel more prepared, supported and confident when you head to your next competition.

Feel the nerves. Compete anyway.
You don’t need to eliminate every nerve before you compete. Come along and learn how to prepare for them, manage them and keep riding when they show up.
Leave with a clearer plan for your next competition — and a few friendly local riders to look for when you get there.
